Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Yeah! Can cancel or change your rental dates no complications.

  • Free cancellation until 48 hours before of the collection date.
  • Date changes: you can reschedule your rental at no extra cost, subject to availability.
  • If you need help, our team is available at Spanish, English and French.

Important: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a minimum charge (equivalent to one day's rental), except in justified cases (cancelled flights, medical emergencies, etc.). In such cases, please contact us and we'll find a solution together!

What happens if my flight is cancelled or delayed?

Don't worry!
If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed, You won't lose your reservation or pay any penaltiesWe just need you to let us know as far in advance as possible and, if possible, provide us with the flight number.
